Correction required for a healthy Upside movement. As Bank Nifty is in Overbought Zone, we may see a correction this week. 42500-42700 is major Resistance for this week. If Index trades below 41980, more Downside Possible. BANK NIFTY end of rally?Bank nifty has touched all time high today,after that we have witnessed selling presuure, incidentally as per channeling the wave 5 th of bank nifty almost touched the upper line of the channel(normally channel is drawn between line connecting 2 nd 4 th and parrallel line drawn through top of wave 3) In some cases the wave 5 does not touch perfectly the upper line of the channel,just remain shy of that. In no way I considered this rally of bank nifty as a bear market rally. of course my 2 targets of 5 th wave has been met,but still one more target has been left. But if bank nifty corrects from this level we should not have complaint. Here in this case wave 5 is almost equal to wave 1. But I still feel one more target is left, But who am I to decide?.market will decide that. Let us follow it deligently. But it seems some corrrection is ahead.
